She is efficient, attentive to details, follows through closely with impeccable coordination… Jenny has also proactively negotiated for lower rates when the interest rate was falling back then without me asking.

Rachael Chin · First home buyer
We had a great experience of refinance our home loan with Circle Finance… This was our second time dealing with them. I would give Circle Finance more than Five Stars.

Questions I'm often asked.

Can I buy before I sell?

Often, using bridging finance or equity in your current home. It adds cost and risk if the sale takes longer, so we plan for that before you commit.

Will I pay break costs?

If part of your loan is fixed, ending it early can trigger a break cost. I check this before we decide on a structure.

Can I keep my current home as an investment?

Possibly. Lenders will assess both loans and the rental income. Structure matters for tax, so speak to your accountant too.
